The Third Plenary Session of the 1 8th Central Committee of the Communist Party has made a comprehensive strate- gic disposition for the reform of the next ten years and even longer period in our country. The Communique of the Third Plenum of the 18th Central Committee of the CPC and The Decision on Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening Reforms of CPC Central Committee elaborate the strategies, objectives and measures on the construction of a country under the rule of law with a long piece of writing, which is unprecedented both in depth and width.
