| 摘 要： | 进入近代社会,受清政府"放垦政策"和内地农耕文化的长期影响,蒙古族传统游牧业经济向半农半牧经济和农业经济转变,牧区转变成半农半牧区和纯农区。本文主要分析了促成蒙古族半农半牧区形成和变迁的制度因素,试图论证制度因素对于经济社会发展过程中产生的重要影响。

| Abstract: | Stepping into the modern society,because of the long-term effects by the cultivate virgin policy of Qing dynasty and the farming culture of the mainland,Mongolian’s traditional animal husbandry economy turned to semi-rural semi-pastoral economy and agricultural economy,in addition,the pastoral area turned to semi-rural semi-pastoral areas or pure agricultural area.This paper mainly aims to analyse the institutional factors which caused the formation and development of semi-rural semi-pastoral areas in Inner Mongolia,and tries to demonstrate the vital effects of the factors on the development of economy and society. |
