| 摘 要： | 物流服务集成商作为物流服务供应链的核心,在＂一个服务集成商,多个服务供应商＂两级物流服务供应链模式下,存在着服务运作过程中的风险。从与功能型物流服务供应商合作过程产生的违约风险,包括利益分配不均风险、信用风险、逆向选择风险,以及服务集成商自身能力风险、不可抗力风险来分析两级物流服务供应链下服务集成商运作的风险,并提出了相应的对策。
