高职管理类教学中本土化案例建设的探讨

案例教学在管理类教学的应用起源于美国哈佛大学，这种教学方法确实为培养高层次的管理人才作出了很大的贡献，也形成很多比较经典的案例。但是我们今天要讨论的高职教学与经典管理类案例形成时所处的社会环境、市场坏境都有很大的不同，所面对的教学对象、要达到的教学目标也很不一样。因此我们要搞好高职管理类教学，必须“实事求是”地建立合适的本土化案例。本文以盐城纺织职业技术学院管理类教学为例，来说明高职管理教学本土化案例教学的必要性、目前存在的问题以及可行的解决方法。
