摘    要:基于社会交换理论,探究了企业承担社会责任对员工组织公民行为的影响效果及其影响机制,运用实证数据对假设进行了检验。结果表明:员工感知到的内、外部企业社会责任均正向影响员工的组织公民行为,其中外部社会责任感知的影响大于内部社会责任感知的影响;组织信任完全中介内部社会责任感知对组织公民行为的影响,部分中介外部责任感知对组织公民行为的影响。

Outside or Inside? The Influence of Internal and External Corporate Social Responsibility Perception on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Employees
Abstract:Based on the theory of social exchange, this paper explores the effect and mechanism of corporate social responsibility on organizational citizenship behavior of employees, and tests the hypothesis with empirical data. The results show that the perceived internal and external corporate social responsibilities of employees have a positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior, in which the impact of external social responsibility perception is greater than that of internal social responsibility perception; organizational trust completely mediates the impact of internal social responsibility perception on organizational citizenship behavior, and some mediates the impact of external responsibility perception on organizational citizenship behavior.
