| 摘 要： | 随着经济的发展,食品消费日趋多元化,以及消费者对食品安全问题越来越关注,这对食品物流业提出了较高的要求。而目前我国的食品物流业还不能很好适应食品市场的变化。文中介绍了RFID技术,及其在食品物流中的应用,进而分析了RFID在食品物流中产生的影响,认为基于RFID技术构建的食品物流系统可以有效地应对食品市场的变化,从而满足人们的需求。

| Abstract: | Along with economic development, food consumption being increasingly diversified and consumers attending increasingly on food safety issues, it need higher demand of food logistics. At present, China's food logistics can not adapt well to the changes in the food market. This paper introduces the RFID technology and the application of RFID in the food logistics, and further analyzes the impact the RFID in the food logistics. Building the food logistics system which is based on RFID technology can respond effectively to the changes in the food market and meet the demand of the people. |
