社会企业家精神差异性及其与企业成长关系的实证研究

本文验证了＂社会企业家精神＂这一西方舶来概念在高层管理者群体中的差异化表现,并检验了＂社会企业家精神＂对于企业成长的推动作用。实证研究结果表明：高层管理者社会企业家精神包括五个维度：创造社会价值、资源获取、风险承担、机会认知和持续创新。高层管理者的性别、年龄以及受教育水平会对高层管理者社会企业家精神产生一定程度的影响。高层管理者社会企业家精神对企业成长的质性积累有一定正向作用,而对财务指标的量化增长影响不大。

Empirical Study on the Difference among Social Entrepreneurship and Its Relationship with Firm Growth

This paper verifies the differentiation of＂Social Entrepreneurship＂in senior managers,and examines the relationship between SE and company growth.Empirical study shows that entrepreneurship of SE is comprised of 5 dimensions： social value creation,resources acquiring,risk bearing,opportunity recognition and continuous innovation.Gender,age and education of senior managers have certain influence on their possession of social entrepreneurship.Senior managers＇ possession of SE does have some positive effect on the qualitative nature of business growth,while doesn＇t quite relate to the quantitative nature of financial indicators.
