| Abstract: | Our country is a developing country. As a latecomer firm in developing country, strategic alliance with other corporation and conglomerate is a good way to introduce and learn advanced technology and make the most of the advantages of latecomer firm.This paper takes TCL as an example. It summarizes the methods to achieve technological variety and the development of innovation capability of latecomer firm through the analysis on the course of it's development, technological learning, technological variety and the development of innovation capability. |
