| 摘 要： | 对灾害应急中国防资源动员的可行性、国防资源动员的规模等问题进行了理论探讨，提出了一种基于熵权技术的灾害评估、多级模糊综合评判模型，研究了在不同级别1与不同类型灾害的应对中国防资源动员的规模问题。

| Abstract: | Discussed some problems of the defense resources mobilization in the disaster response, such as the mobilization feasibility, the mobilization scope etc. Based on the entropy weight method, this paper presents a kind of disaster multilevel fuss. comprehensive evaluation model. Researched the mobilization scope of the defense resources according to the corresponding disaster grade and the disaster type. |
