The Impact of the Internal Context on Hotel Employees |

| Abstract: | According to the poll and causality analysis in two hotels in Guangzhou,the paper probes into the impact of seven internal context factors on employee satisfaction,employee motivation and service quality.The seven factors include management style,facility condition,training,customer guiding,role contracdition and employee co operation. |
