| 摘 要： | 对于初次涉足信息化的电信业而言，要想在新的环境下及市场中有一番作为，就必须向发展了十多年信息化经济的互联网学习借鉴。加紧认识互联网、学习互联网、借鉴互联网，加强与互联网的合作，这对于推进电信业转型、实现产业又快又好发展具有重要意义。而对于互联网而言，创新可谓其精髓，是推动互联网发展的动力源泉。中国互联网协会理事长胡启恒在接受记者采访时强调指出，创新是互联网永恒不变的主题，也是把握机遇、应对挑战最根本的途径。那么在向互联网学习借鉴的过程中，有哪些“新”应引起电信业关注呢？

| Abstract: | As for the telecom industry, informatization market is the completely new field, And it must learn more from internet,which has witnessed the Informatization economy development in the past 10 years. Learning from internet and promoting the cooperation with internet, the telecom industry could reduce the risk in transformation and realize the faster and better development. As for internet, innovation could be said to be its soul, which is also what the telecom industry learn from internet. |
