| 摘 要： | 新中国成立以来,我国农村社会保障制度的变迁与经济增长密切相关,农村社会保障制度是随着我国经济的增长而逐渐完善的。我国农村社会保障制度的变迁取得了一定成绩,但也存在许多问题,严重制约了我国社会主义新农村建设和社会主义和谐社会的构建。为了更好地促进农村社会保障事业的发展,必须从社会保障制度的变迁中进一步探讨我国农村社会保障制度存在的问题,深入探讨制约农村社会保障制度创新的原因,提出创新农村社会保障制度的对策建议。

| Abstract: | There are close relationship between rural social security system and economic growth in China.The rural social security system is being perfected as the increase of Chinese economic development.Though there are achievement in the rural social security system development,problems does exist,which restrain the construction of socialist new countryside and harmonious society.For realizing the prosperity of rural social security affair,we should solve the problems and make innovations and put for useful suggestions for the development. |
