桥梁管理中养护维修的决策研究

桥梁是公路交通的咽喉,在使用过程中,随着环境因素与行车荷载的相互作用,技术状况会不断产生恶化,为了保障桥梁使用安全,必须时常进行养护维修。当前,我国桥梁管理在养护维修方面存在许多问题。桥梁管理中的养护维修决策是指合理分配有限的养护资金,确定最佳的养护对策和实施时间的过程。本文通过对桥梁管理中的养护维修的分析,对如何作出养护维修的决策,并采取何种相应对策作了初步的研究。

Research on Conserving and Servicing of Bridge Management

Bridge is the jaws of road traffic. In the using process, by the interaction between the environment fators and travelling vehicle load, the techical situation of bridge will become more and more worse. In order to ensure the safety of bridge using, conserving and servicing of bridge should be often done. Currently, there are many problems in conserving and servicing of bridge management. Decision-making in conserving and servicing of bridge management is the process about distributing reasonably the numbered funds of conserving and servicing, and confirming the best decision of conserving and servicing, and the schedule. Through the analysis on the decision-making in conserving and servicing of bridge, the paper gives some primary research on how to make the conserving and servicing decision, and how to adopt accordingly countermeasures.
