改革开放以来民营资本崛起的历史进程

改革开放以来，民营经济摆脱了“资本主义尾巴”的处境，从作为“社会主义经济的附属和补充”起步，最终成为“社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分”，获得“与国有经济平等竞争”的地位。民营企业家出现由社会边缘力量向主体力量的结构性变化。民营资本也由体制外自我积累性增长变量成为能够打通体制内外、调动国家与社会存量资本的重要变量。尽管如此，民营资本在内外部环境方面，仍然存在着严重抑制发展的因素，还面临严峻的外部挑战。

The Historical Process of the Private-Ownership-Capital Rise Since Opening-up and Reform

Since opening-up and reform,the private ownership economy has been lifted out of the state of "the runners of capitalism." It attains the status of "equal competition with state ownership economy" from the beginning stage as "the attachment and supplement of socialism economy" to eventually becoming "the main part of socialism market economy".The private-ownership enterprisers have made a radical change from a minor role to a major one.The private ownership capital increases from the variable of the self accumulation by outer system to the important variable by transforming the inner system and the capital deposit of the nation and society.However,concerning the situation of the private ownership capital in-outs,there is a big challenge from the outside,for the serious restraining factors in hidden existence.
