| 摘 要： | 随着新公共管理治理模式终结与整体政府改革兴起，当代西方政府治理在模式创新中涌现出协作性公共管理、多中心治理、数字时代的治理、网络化治理、整体治理等多种政府治理理论。这些理论形成了一种以整体政府与跨部门协同为特征的理论化系谱，对我国政府改革与治理模式创新具有重要的启示意义。

These theories form a kind of theoretical pedigree which is characterized by whole of government and cross-agency collaboration. Western government＇s governance model innovation has lots of Reference to China. |
