刍议价值工程的价值挖潜

价值工程为工程建设与生产发展、组织经营管理等提供了降低成本提高经济效益的思想方法和管理技术。但过去人们对其的认识和应用存在一定的局限性,束缚了价值工程的作用。价值工程的价值还应该挖潜,本文从拓展它的应用领域、重视它的评价作用、注重它的功能创新三个方面进行了探讨。

On Excavating the Value of Value Engineering

Though Value Engineering provides project constructing and manufacture as well as organizing management and governance with thoughtway and administering t echnique that has greatly decreased cost but increased benefit,there is certain limita-tion on cognition and application of it,which has astricted the value of Value Engineering.This article gives the viewpoint that the val-ue of Value En gineering should be excavated and probes from below aspects:Expanding its cogni tion scope and application field,at-taching importance to its evaluation functi on,paying attention to its function innovation.
