浅析高职院校德育工作模式的创新

近几年来,在高职院校德育工作中,以正面灌输为主导的传统德育模式确实起到过重要的作用,但是,随着时代的发展,转型时期青少年学生的思想变化,传统德育模式的实效性大大减弱,甚至难以落实,这早已成为德育工作者颇为忧虑的问题。本文首先分析了时代发展的要求和高职生认知行为特点对传统德育工作模式提出的挑战,进而提出如何改革传统模式,提高德育工作的实效,使德育在高职院校人才培养中发挥其应有的作用。

Discussion on the Innovation of Moral Educational Pattern inHigher Vocational Colleges

In recent years,the traditional moral education pattern based on positive inculcation has played an important role in the moral education in higher vocational college.With the development of the society,the teenagers＇ ideas have changed,so the effectiveness of the traditional moral education pattern has been decreased greatly,and it has become a worrying problem for the moral educators.This article firstly analyzes the requirements of the times development and the challenges created by the college students＇ cognitive behavior characteristics,and then presents some suggestions on how to reform the traditional pattern and increase the effectiveness of moral education in the talents training in higher vocational colleges.
