| 摘 要： | 伴随数字化图书馆建设和研究而来的是数字化图书馆建设中的知识产权保护问题。在信息社会中,仅凭个人无法掌握全部的知识和信息,必须通过信息资源共享。作为私权的知识产权,与数字化图书馆的公益性相冲突。为了实现文化和信息的传播,实现个人全面而自由的发展,在现代法律视域中,必须立足私权,加强数字化图书馆建设中的知识产权保护。

| Abstract: | With the construction and research of digital library,how to protect private rights is the main problem.In the information society,a single person can not master all the knowledge and information by himself,he needs to share the information resources with others.There are some conflicts between the intellectual property and the public benefits of digital library.Modern laws must keep a foothold on private rights and protect intellectual property in the construction of digital library,so as to spread culture and information better. |
