| 摘 要： | 本文初步探讨了＂以项目人才为纽带＂的校企合作方式对建立人才培养机制,促进专业建设和人才培养模式改革,培育＂双师＂结构的专业教学团队,促进高职院校学生的顶岗实习,提高学生的就业率,增强高职院校的服务社会能力方面的影响。

| Abstract: | This article briefly discusses the influence of the mode of college-enterprises cooperation revolving around project talents on some aspects of higher vocational education,such as setting up the talents training mechanism,promoting the specialty construction and the reform of talents training mode,developing professional teaching team with double-qualified teachers,boosting post practice of higher vocational students,increasing the employment rate and enhancing the ability of social service of higher vocational colleges. |
