| Abstract: | In higher vocational colleges,psychological education to the poor students is helpful to promote their personality development and construct harmonious campus environment.The typical mental problems of the poor students are massive inferiority mentality,confused mood,sensitive interpersonal relationship,intense employment competition and so on.Aiming at the reasons,some suggestions are presented in this article,such as enhancing group psychological guidance,helping the poor students to keep good mood,improving supporting mechanism,solving the mental problems,constructing harmonious campus,and creating excellent developing environment. |
