| 摘 要： | 听证制度是确保决策民主、科学、合理的重要程序制度。近年来,它在立法和决策程序中广泛地运用,并在立法和实践层面获得了较大发展,但在很多方面也存在不足。本文从听证制度的产生及其意义、现实中听证制度存在的问题几个方面入手,提出了完善我国听证制度的几点建议。

| Abstract: | The public hearing system is very important to guarantee democratic decision-making,and it needs to be scientific and reasonable.In recent years,the public hearing system has been widely used in legislation and decision-making with great development,but it also has some disadvantages.This article puts forward some suggestions on perfecting the hearing system from its producing,significance and existing problems. |
