基于环境因素的能源效率DEA方法探讨

近年来,随着能源效率问题重要性的不断凸显,国内利用数据包络分析(DEA)方法测算我国区域能源效率差异的文献不断增多,已有的研究在数据处理和投入产出因素的取舍上并未形成统一的方法.文章以环境因素的引入问题为视角,集中探讨了不同数据处理方式和不同因素取舍情况下的结论差异,结果发现基期的选择、产出因素的引入及引入方式的不同均会造成研究结果的差异,这是造成既有研究成果之间差异的主要原因.

On Energy Efficiency of DEA Method Based on Environmental Factors

In recent years,with the importance of energy efficiency issues,more and more literatures estimate the regional differences of energy efficiency in China by using of data envelopment analysis(DEA) method.There is not a unified approach in data processing and the trade-off of input-output factors in existing researches.From perspective of the problem of environmental factors introduction,this paper is devoted to the influence of different data processing methods and factors introduction.The results show that the choice of base period,output factors and the different introduction ways will lead to differences in study results.
