| 摘 要： | 项目的保质、保量和按时完成需要团队成员的支持,而要取得团队成员的支持,就必须对成员进行激励.文章以项目团队为研究对象,运用经济学争管理学激励理论对相关研究进行了梳理；界定了项目团队内涵,分析了项目团队激励的问题及其原因；阐述项目团队激励模型构建的目标和原则.进而,提出了基于组织保障、制度支撑、精神凝聚和文化诱导等的项目团队激励机制.

| Abstract: | If a project will be finished successfully,it is necessary to get the support from the team members.Based on this,the paper firstly reviews the relevant literature on team motivation.The paper defines what the project team is,and puts forth the motivation mechanism of the project team.The paper indicates the problems and analyzes their reasons.The paper puts forth the objects,the principles and the motivation model of the project team.Finally,based on the organization guarantee,it conceives the counter-mechanisms the system support,the spirit coherence and the culture inducement. |
