| 摘 要： | 国外护理保险经验证明,长期护理保险是一种能在满足老年人与失能人群护理需求的同时促进护理事业发展,创造新经济增长点的保障制度。文章从发展型福利视角出发,通过借鉴发达国家长期护理保险制度的成功经验,构建符合发展型福利要求的长期护理保险制度。

| Abstract: | The experience of long-term care insurance abroad proves that it is a kind of security policy which can meet the needs of the elderly and disabled,at the same time promote the development of nursing career and create new economic growth point.This article is mainly on the construction of the long-term care insurance system from the perspective of the developmental welfare,by drawing on the successful experience of the long-term care insurance system in developed countries. |
