| 摘 要： | 改革开放30多年以来,中国的医疗卫生制度改革一直在探索中前进,经历了从孕育到全面医改的五个阶段.中国人民的健康水平得到了很大程度上的提高,主要健康指标已经达到中等收入国家平均水平.但是医疗体制改革的过程也存在曲折,在一段时间内对医疗体制的公益属性有所忽视.因此有必要对医改的政策变革进程及取得的主要成就加以回顾,从而为在新时期更好的推进有中国特色的公共医疗体制改革提供经验和借鉴.

| Abstract: | China medical reform has been advancing in the exploration for thirty years.Chinese people’s health has been improved greatly,but the reform process is intricate.It is necessary to review past medical reform process and the main achievements to provide the experience and lessons for the medical reform in the future. |
