摘    要:研究企业激励机制的传统模式主要以经济学理论和目标为前提。本文通过对经济人分析范式的拓展研究,证明在标准的效用最大化经济分析框架中存在着选择性理性的经济行为,经济与管理的激励过程同时包含着社会因素和心理因素及其共同交互作用和影响。个人本质行为激励与社会文化规范激励的交叉作用是研究激励问题不可或缺的手段。

Abstract:The traditional pattern of research incentive in enterprises is mainly under the theory and target economics. This paper try to prove that under the condition that the information is unsymmetrical and the object of those involved is different, the compatibility of incentive's mechanism is a key point that affects the efficiency of agent in organizations by developing and researching economic man analysis pattern. In this paper, based on economic man pattern, the investigate of variable in incentive model shows that in the normal economic analysis framework of utility maximization there are selective rationality factors, and there are social factors,psychological factors and their joint effect in process of incentives. The joint effect of incentives to individual's essential behavior and social cultural pattern is indispensable factor in researching incentives.
