国有企业资本运营分析

国有企业作为计划经济的产物,随着我国经济的市场化程度不断加深,其经营方式特别是资本运营方式必须改革。但国有企业作为我国全民所有制的表现形式,它为促进国民经济的发展,推动经济体制的改革,提高我国居民收入和消费水平发挥了重要的作用。国有企业作为国有资本的使用者,其运营效率高低直接关系到国有资本的效率。因此,根据我国国有企业资本运营应遵循的原则以及运营过程中存在的一些问题。制定一些可行的国有企业资本运营的方式及相关的对策以进一步提高其运营效益。

The Analysis on Capital Operation of State - owned Enterprises

With the deepened marketization of nationa l economy,the state-owned enterprises ad the resulf of the planned e conomy sh ould change their management especially the operation of capital.But,as a form of public ownership,they have played an important rol e in the development of national economy,the reform of the economic system and t he enhanc ement of income and consumption in China.Being the users of state-owned capital,their high and low operation efficiency can be directly related to the state-owned capital efficiency.The paper analyzes some rules which should be ob eyed and some problems existing in the course of capital operation of these ente rprises.It also gives some feasible suggestions on increasing the efficiency of capital operation.
