核心企业成长与集群产业升级研究

当前，我国大多数集群企业主要从事劳动密集型生产活动，研发创新水平低，缺乏品牌效应，处于价值链的低端环节。如何才能摆脱集群中的恶性竞争局面，提升集群产业竞争力，推进产业升级，是一个急需解决的实践与理论难题。文章认为，集群核心企业的成长是实现集群产业升级的有效方式。它能够促进集群内部治理水平的有效提高，并通过自身在全球价值链上地位和位置的提升，引领集群产业的升级。
