摘    要:建立了测定塑料产品中三丁基锡和三苯基锡含量的气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS),采用索式提取法提取,经四乙基硼化钠衍生后,GC-MS选择离子进行测定。结果表明,该方法简便、灵敏,线性相关性好,三丁基锡和三苯基锡的相关系数R2均大于或等于0.9990,测得三丁基锡和三苯基锡的检测低限分别为0.05 mg/kg和0.01 mg/kg,回收率分别在93.9%-96.6%和96.3%-105.0%之间,RSD分别在5.7%-6.4%和4.2%-5.6%之间,可用于塑料产品中三丁基锡和三苯基锡的检测。

Abstract:The Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(GC-MS) was used for determination of tributyltin and triphenyltin in plastic products for the first time.After extraction by soxhlet extraction and derivatization with NaBEt4,the analysis of tributyltin and triphenyltin by GC-MS is in the selective ion mode.The results show that the method is so convenient and sensitive.The linearity response of tributyltin and triphenyltin were well and R2≥0.9990.The detection limits were 0.05 mg/kg and 0.01 mg/kg respectively.The average recovery was 93.9 % -96.6 % and 96.3% - 105.0%, and the RSD were 5.7% -6.4% and 4.2% -5.6% respectively. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of tributyhin and triphenyltin in plastic products.
