| 摘 要： | 建国以来,我国商业信用政策发生了两次大的变迁。国民经济恢“过渡时期”国家禁止、取消了商业信用,改革开放后国家恢复了商业信用。商业信用政策的变迁有深刻的经济体制变迁之因。国家商业信用政策的变迁对我国信用制度、经济运行,都造成了重大的影响。
