The Impacts of Logistics Mode on Retailer's Logistics Performance Measurement System

Logistics has been the key to attaining competitive advantage for retailers.The improvement of logistics performance will increase the retailer's capability of quick response to the market changes,and thus impact the organization performance positively.However,if something could not be measured,then it could not be managed,let alone,improved.Based on defining the conceptual framework of logistics mode,this paper analyzes its impacts on logistics performance measurement system.
