| 摘 要： | 中国农村社会保障发展薄弱,严重滞后于农村社会的发展,影响农村社会的稳定。而目前农村土地始终承担着社会保障的作用,文章对农村土地提供的社会保障功能进行利弊分析,认为其弊大于利。发展和完善农村社会保障制度,减弱农村土地的社会保障功能,增强土地生产功能是必然的趋势。
