| 摘 要： | 音乐产业的发展状况对一个国家(或地区)的文化产业发展起到了至关重要的作用,我国已将音乐产业的发展纳入国家文化产业发展规划中,制定并落实扶持音乐产业加快发展的政策措施。2013年8月,成都国家音乐产业基地正式在成都"东郊记忆"挂牌,这对成都市乃至四川省音乐产业发展提供了机遇,如何打造具有四川省特色的成都音乐产业基地成为研究的重要课题。

| Abstract: | Music industry development situation has played a vital role to a country（or region） of the cultural industry development,Our country has integrated music industry development in the national culture industry development plan,formulates and carries out the support music industry to speed up the development the special operational policy measures.In August,2013,Chengdu Country Music Industry Base officially in Chengdu ＂the eastern suburb memory＂ the license,this has provided the opportunity to Chengdu and even the Sichuan music industry development,How to create a featured music industry base in Chengdu,Sichuan province to become an important research topic. |
