| 摘 要： | 我国贸易制度创新迄今已有20余年,探索出通往贸易自由化的与世界趋势相一致的有效途径.同时,因受到国情以及日益变化的外部环境等因素的影响,客观上要求我国贸易制度要持续创新和迎接新的挑战.通过对制度及制度创新内涵的界定,以及对诺斯著作中关于贸易制度理论的引介,对我国外贸发展中的制度创新因素进行经验研究,并指出进一步发展对外贸易的制度创新方向.

| Abstract: | For the factors influencing a country's foreign trade development,the institution is one of the most important factors.China has experienced the trade institution innovation for more than twenty years,these practice explored the effective way of trade liberalization which conforms to the trend of the world.Meanwhile influenced by some factors such as national and external environment conditions changed day and day,it is required that the trade institution of our country should meet the new challenges continuously.Through defining the institution and institution innovation and introducing the North's trade institution theory,this text carries on experienced research and points out the further direction about the institution innovation factor in China's foreign trade development. |
