| 摘 要： | 我国由于长期的城乡二元经济结构体制的存在,城乡统筹将是一个长期的推动过程,为确保城乡统筹的有效推进,构建形成城乡统筹的有效机制是当前迫切需要解决、带有根本性的理论和实践问题.机制设计理论以及演化博弈论是城乡统筹机制形成的两条主要思路.基于机制设计理论,可以进一步给出我国城乡统筹机制形成中的六大重要机制.
