| Abstract: | The group had an on-spot investigation to Ruzhou City,focused on its county governance,examined its achievements on industry planning,science and technology renovation,ecology and environment,culture protection,summarizes its outstanding experiences in developing county economy,also explored the issues and their underlying reasons and tries to present recommendations from the respective of public finance. |
