| 摘 要： | 应用自然科学和社会科学交叉与综合的相似性基本原理,引入物理学中耗散结构理论的基本原理,对组织的知识转移机理进行了探讨研究,构造了知识熵的数学模型,指出任何组织都会伴随有效知识逐步减少、熵值逐渐增加的情况,必须不断地进行知识创造和知识转移,并探讨了知识转移的数学模型。 |

| Abstract: | The authors discuss the knowledge shift principle of organization and designs the mathematical model of knowledge entropy. Since entropy value increases gradualy in organizations with deduction of effective knowledge,it is necessary to conduct knowledge creation and shift continuously . |
