Four different phases have gone through for business transaction and commerce management during passed one hundred year. With organizational environment changing, business transaction activities emerge different tools, methods and characters in each phase. But the changing route is clear and logistic. This research will prove that business traction and commerce management have taken a primary position in a hundred years business management development history.
