| 摘 要： | 在社会保障城乡统筹视角下设计农民工养老保险制度,要求农民工养老保险不仅要实现农民工群体内的统筹互济,而且要实现与城镇、农村养老保险的统筹对接.由于现实条件所限,一步实现农民工养老保险与城乡养老保险的统筹对接根本不可能做到,所以,城乡统筹视角下设计农民工养老保险只能根据农民工自身的特点和现实需要,因地制宜,逐步推进.
