| 摘 要： | 介绍了某汽车发动机装配厂所在的供应链特征,然后根据企业特征制定了合理的库存管理和订购策略。对价格相对较高,或型号、规格变化较快的零部件的采购建立了双赢的合作经济批量模型,最后对模型应用于实际进行探讨。
