| 摘 要： | 在电子商务飞速发展的今天,B2C电子商务企业如何降低物流成本,获取"第三利润源泉"成为电子商务企业普遍关注的问题。尤其是随着电子商务企业自营物流的建立,使得降低自营物流成本更为必要。基于价值链的思想对B2C电子商务企业自营物流的成本进行分析,提出运用运筹学的思想来实现整个价值链上物流成本最低,达到控制物流成本的目的。 |

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of economy,electronic commerce has became fashion shopping means.How to reduce logistics cost and obtain "the third profits source" becomes an issue which B2C e-commerce electronic business enterprise concerns very much.Especially along with the electronic commerce enterprise self-conducting logistics establishment,makes lower self-conducting logistics cost more necessary.This article which based on the thought of the value chain analyzes the B2C e-commerce enterprise self-support logistics cost.And using the idea of yun chou xue to make the whole value chain logistics cost be the lowest.So that we can control the logistics cost. |
