| 摘 要： | 农业“两个飞跃”的思想提出后 ,理论界围绕这一思想在全国上下展开了热烈的讨论 ,对中国农村改革和农业经济的发展起到了很好的指导作用。我国农村改革的实践 ,尤其是人民群众丰富的实践经验为邓小平“第二个飞跃”理论注入了新内涵。
