| 摘 要： | TRIZ理论在高新技术企业的成功应用,需要有先进的管理方法予以支持。在分析高新技术企业应用TRIZ理论创新中存在的主要问题的基础上,界定了基于TRIZ理论的企业创新项目管理的关键域,并设计了基于TRIZ理论的链式创新管理方法,旨在为加强基于TRIZ理论的高新技术企业自主创新过程管理提供先进的方法与手段。
