| 摘 要： | 为了规范证券发行和交易行为,维护社会经济秩序和广大投资者的切身利益,纠正市场失灵,防止证券市场出现危机,促进证券市场资源配置功能的充分发挥,必须要对证券市场进行有效的监管。本文从横向和纵向两方面对证券市场的监管进行研究与选择。
