| Abstract: | With a detailed analysis of Poter＇s Value Chain Theory, this paper demonstrated about the unique characteristics of production in steel and iron corporations, and then a value chain model of steel and iron corporations is built on a basis of integration of superior links on value chain. Moreover, a research on the relationship and interacting mechanism between Poter＇s Value Chain Theory and the value chain model of steel and iron corporations has also been conducted. |
