| 摘 要： | 在虚拟经济背景下 ,影响房地产经济增长的各种生产要素也出现了虚拟化的倾向 ,并通过资本符号化、劳动预期化和网络信息技术数字化的方式 ,提高了房地产经济的资本效率、劳动效率和技术效率 ,进而推动了房地产经济的增长。

| Abstract: | With the development of fictitious economy, the factors of production that influence the growth of real estate economy present trends of fictitious. Fictitious economy promotes the efficiency of capital, labor and technology by means of symbolization of capital, anticipation of labor and digitization of technology. The promotion of the efficiency of these factors increases the growth rate of real estate economy. |
