| Abstract: | With the development of market economy,management innovation is the fundamental guarantee for enterprises to improve their core competitiveness and development.It is of great practical significance for enterprises to improve their management innovation ability.This paper briefly introduces the meaning and function of enterprise informatization construction,and analyzes the relationship and shortcomings between enterprise informatization construction and enterprise management innovation.Finally,it puts forward effective suggestions and methods for enterprise informatization construction and management mode innovation,hoping to provide reference for related enterprises. |
