高职教育校企合作人才培养模式浅谈

随着社会人才需求的变化,教育行业越来越重视学生的专业发展和人才的培养。高等职业教育不同于大学的教育模式。为了更好地推进高等职业教育,学校可以与企业合作采用2年理论和1年实践的"2+1"教育模式进行教学。当前,校企合作具有一定的基础,结合大学的实际情况,寻找校企合作的新途径,使企业与学校共同发展。
