Analysis of the Factors of Location Choice of Multinational Corporations Under the Framework of New Economic Geography

As the world’s largest trader of goods and largest holder of theforeign exchange reserves,China has attracted many multinational corporations to invest in China.Despite the severe recession in the world economy and the temporary shutdown in some regions caused by the epidemic,China’s investment has maintained a strong momentum,accounting for more than any other country in the world.There is an inseparable relationship between location choice and OFDI,which is an important link that multinational corporations must consider when investing overseas.Good utilization of foreign capital can promote China’s international economic exchanges,promote regional economic growth and coordinated development,so it is of substantial significance to study the reference factors of multinational corporations in China’s site selection.
