| 摘 要： | 企业多元化战略与经营绩效的关系一直是战略管理研究的重要课题之一.本文从我国房地产深交所、上交所上市公司中各抽取25家作为样本,通过建立模型,利用描述性统计和回归分析方法证实了我国上市公司多元化战略与企业经营绩效的关系,为我国企业实行多元化经营战略提供理论依据.
